NEUFELD REPORT ON DISCLOSURE IN
REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS IN MANITOBA

 

The Manitoba Securities Commission has been asked by the Minister of Finance, the Honourable Rosann Wowchuk, to review and consult broadly with Manitobans on the recommendations of the attached Report and Summary of Recommendations. As an important part of these consultations the Commission is seeking comment from interested parties. Submissions may be made by email or by way of letter. All comments received will become part of the public record of the Commission and will be published on the Commission’s website. Any party that has submitted comments may be asked to make additional written or verbal submissions to the Commission.

Comments received on or before Friday, January 29, 2010 will be considered. Please forward all comments to the attention of the Registrar, Real Estate Division, The Manitoba Securities Commission. For letters, the mailing address at the Commission is:
