M.R. 41/2011 (Section 4)

1. For registration as a mortgage broker:

(a) new registration or reinstatement of registration

$500

(b) renewal of registration

$350

2. For registration as a restricted mortgage broker:

(a) new registration or reinstatement of registration

$350

(b) renewal of registration

$250

3. For registration as an authorized official:

(a) new registration or reinstatement of registration

$175

(b) renewal of registration

$125

4. For registration as a salesperson:

(a) new registration

$175

(b) renewal of registration

$125

(c) reinstatement of registration after suspension under subsection 8(5) of the Act

(d) any other reinstatement of registration

5. For the transfer of a salesperson’s registration to a new employing mortgage broker $60
6. For an examination under section 14 of the Act $75
7. For a re-reading by the registrar of any examination included in a course prescribed under section 14 of the Act $45
8. For any exemption under section 55 of the Act:
$150 plus any additional amount (not exceeding $550) charged by the commission having regard to the time required to process and consider the application for exemption. $150
