Complaint Process

If you have a complaint in the areas of securities, commodities or real estate, the process is simple. Just follow the steps under the appropriate area (See above, securities, commodities or real estate sections). This may help you find a simple solution or will give you the instructions needed in order to launch a formal complaint with the Manitoba Securities Commission.
