The Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc. is registered as a self-regulatory organization with the Commission. The exchange regulates the activities of its participants through a set of rules. Exchange staff investigate possible violations of the rules of the exchange and hold hearings where there is evidence to suggest a problem with the trading conducted by a participant.
